This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information relating to users of the DEXLab platform, DeXRay, the MakeItDEX website, desktop applications, support services, and related offerings (the Software and Services).
By using the Software and Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Software and Services, including our website, desktop software, hosted SaaS services, support portal, trial registrations, and customer portals. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our services.
2. Information We Collect
Depending upon how you interact with the Software and Services, we may collect account information (such as name, email address, company, job title, country, and authentication information), subscription information (subscription plan, license status, user assignments, organization information), and technical information (IP address, browser information, operating system, application version, device identifiers, and time zone).
3. Trial Registration
When you begin a free trial, we may collect information necessary to create your account, verify your identity, communicate with you, administer your trial, and convert the trial to a paid subscription if authorized.
4. Account Information
Your account information is used to authenticate users, manage subscriptions, administer licensing, communicate important product information, and provide support. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
5. SMS Authentication Messages
If you provide a mobile telephone number and opt in to SMS authentication, Link Technology Group may use that number to send one-time passcodes and other authentication-related messages for the Software and Services. Message frequency varies based on authentication activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers as necessary to deliver authentication messages and operate the service.

Subscription payments are processed through authorized third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Link does not store complete credit card numbers on its own systems. Payment information is subject to the privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.
7. Product Usage Information
We may collect limited information regarding software version, licensing status, feature utilization, authentication events, and subscription status to administer licensing and improve the platform.

To improve reliability, security, and support, the Software and Services may transmit diagnostic information including crash reports, error logs, performance metrics, operating system version, application version, and licensing information. We design our telemetry to avoid collecting Customer business data unless necessary to diagnose a reported issue or when expressly authorized by Customer.
9. Support Requests
When you contact support, we may collect contact information, support requests, attachments, screenshots, diagnostic logs, and related communications. Support information may be retained to improve customer service and maintain historical support records.
11. How We Use Information

13. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Certain information may be retained after termination for audit, accounting, licensing, security, or legal purposes.
14. Data Security
We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system can guarantee absolute security.
15. International Transfers
Depending upon your location, information may be processed in countries different from your own. By using the Software and Services, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur.
